SEN Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive primary school in Haringey. You will be working 1:1 with a little boy in Year 3, helping him to engage with his learning and thrive both inside and outside the classroom.

The role will include:

• Providing 1:1 support to a Year 3 pupil with additional needs.

• Assisting with learning tasks and helping the child access the curriculum.

• Supporting social development, confidence, and independence.

• Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to ensure progress.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have experience supporting children with SEN (desirable but not essential).

• Be patient, nurturing, and adaptable.

• Build strong, positive relationships with pupils and staff.

• Have a genuine passion for working with children.
