Are you passionate about making a real difference in a childandrsquo;s learning journey£ As a 1:1 Learning Support Assistant in Watford, youandrsquo;ll provide personalised support to a pupil, helping them build confidence, independence, and new skills. Youandrsquo;ll work closely with teachers to ensure lessons are accessible, engaging, and tailored to the childandrsquo;s individual needs.

What Youandrsquo;ll Be Doing:
Providing targeted 1:1 support to a pupil, adapting activities to their learning style
Assisting with lesson delivery and helping the child achieve learning goals
Encouraging positive behaviour and active participation
Preparing resources and supporting daily classroom routines
