Job Title: 1:1 Learning Support Assistant
Location: Aylesbury,Buckinghamshire 
Start Date: September 2025
Contract Type: Full-time – Temp to Perm
Salary: £90  – £120 per day (dependent on experience)

About the Role:
A nurturing primary school in Aylesbury is looking for a 1:1 Learning Support Assistant to work with a KS1 pupils with speech and language needs and mild ASD. You will support the child during lessons and break times to help build confidence and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored support and behaviour encouragement
• Work alongside SENCO and external therapists
• Help with daily routines and small group catch-up

Requirements:

• Experience working 1:1 with children with SEND
• Calm, consistent and caring approach
• Strong communication and adaptability
