Governance: Update and maintain Benefits Standard Operating Procedures (enrolment, claims, controls, etc.), and assist in governance processes. Communications: Draft and prepare employee communications regarding benefits delivery. Support France Benefits projects by collaborating closely with the Senior Benefits Consultant to design service delivery aspects of new or updated benefit plans and propose process improvements.Key SkillsExperience in a similar role, supporting benefits within the financial services sector.
