Service Delivery Engineer (24/7)Opportunity:Our trusted partner, a highly reputable cloud solutions provider is hiring a 2nd/3rd line Service Delivery Engineer who is happy to work a varied shift pattern, Monday to Thursday which will involve some night shifts. The chosen candidate must have demonstrable experience in Tier 3 resolution at administration level across cloud, server, networking and virtualization. Our client is paying up to £45,000 (DOE) to be based in Sittingbourne working a hybrid shift pattern consisting of nights/days.You will be a good communicator, technical proficient and be able to provide strategic guidance to clients with regard to technology and IT infrastructures and will enable major business process to change through enhancements to clients IT.
