As a TA Support Officer, you will contact clients on the phone and meet them face to face, providing housing advice around their housing options as well as completing suitability assessments for the tenants.You will assist in the completion of housing applications (Part 6) so that applicants can move out of Temporary Accommodation and into more secure housing.
