A Learning and Development Coordinator is required to join an award-winning company to enhance ongoing training and development programmes. Working in a friendly environment, the role will be based in Bristol with travel required to other offices from time-to-time. THE ROLE: Working with engineering and head office leads to develop and evaluate training strategies to align with our business needs/goalsManagement and monitoring of our Professional Qualification Training SchemeOverlook company apprenticeship programEnsure company induction and onboarding program is up to date and delivered to all new startersMaintaining training information, keeping files and matrices accurate and analysing data to provide a robust annual training planDeveloping relationships with training suppliersProviding support to HR Manager in various areasArranging meetings/CPD courses for engineersPerforming a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the directors and engineers to facilitate the efficient operation of the organisation.
