Position Summary: An exciting opportunity has become available for a Security Account Manager within the Sales Team. The ideal candidate will be targeted on new account acquisition and growth as well as managing an existing customer account base. Principal Duties: Identifying new opportunities to grow Cybersecurity business within existing Tier 2 customer account base Pro-actively follow up leads generated Manage the database to a high degree of accuracy to ensure targeted marketing activity can take place to generate new business Work closely with the marketing team to achieve agreed objectives Liaise effectively with all departments within company to ensure that customer requirements are met Contribute to the team performance by sharing and implementing best practice ideas Providing Quotations to clients Knowledge and Skill Requirements: At least 2-3 years working within a sales environment preferably within a proactive role within a similar industry Excellent telephone skills High degree of accuracy Demonstrated ability to prioritise workload Must be able to deal with technical product information Ability to build strong working relationships both internally and externally Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Ability to persuade, influence and negotiate effectively at all levels within and outside the organisation Must have a clean driving license and own car due to rural location.
