The main purpose of a Senior HR Advisor role is: HR System Management: Update and maintain employee records on the HRMS (People HR). Ensure accurate records of contractual changes, holiday, and sick leave. HR Communication: Monitor and respond to queries in the HR Mailbox. Take ownership of the HR Newsletter. HR Audits and Administration: Conduct regular HR data audits. Refine HR administration processes and ensure compliance with internal policies.
