Purpose of the Role As a Senior HR Advisor, you will play a key role in providing high-quality HR services and professional guidance to employees and management. Your expertise will support the navigation of employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and organisational change, while fostering a positive, supportive, and high-performing work culture. Key Responsibilities: Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, disciplinary matters, absence management, and policy compliance. Assist with employee engagement initiatives and health and wellbeing focus days to boost engagement. Coach managers in employee development, performance management, and conducting appraisals.
