About this Role: Experienced Site Manager required take the lead on a 10m change of use scheme, from commercial to residential.Reporting to the visiting Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for managing all site based construction activities including short-term programming of works, health and safety, review of method statements, risk assessments, call off of materials, logistics, quality control, client liaison, coordination meetings, reporting on progress against program, etc, snagging and handover.This project is due to commence on site in the summer and comprises 17 one bedroom, 17 two bedroom and 3 three bedroom flats with associated ground floor space, works, parking, access and landscaping.This role is with the regional office of a south coast based main contractor with a good pipeline of work in the Dorset area.About the Company/Client/Project:The contractor is a busy national contractor with a 70m annual turnover in the region, and a proven track record in the delivery of new build and refurbishment schemes in the education, defence, local authority, blue light, commercial and student accommodation sectors.Typical patch covers Bristol and the wider western region.
