As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for successfully managing various planned internal refurbishment projects within social housing. Responsibilities include ensuring the smooth running of multiple designated sites within your patch, ensuring all staff carry out their tasks efficiently and effectively, and running a project to be completed on time, within budget, and with no defects to the project, the health and safety of the team, the client, or the general public.The successful Site Manager must have Local Authority or Housing Association exposure within a refurbishment or repairs and maintenance environment, strong experience and knowledge in Planned refurbishment Works (including but not limited to kitchen and bathrooms refits), as well as experience managing project delivery through to completion/handover and managing a few sites at any given time. You must also have a valid SMSTS, a valid UK driving license, and have proficient IT / Microsoft Office skills.
