About the role- I am looking for an experienced and successful Estimator to join the rc frame contracting team. It is essential you have particular experience in this sector and also experience in groundworks frame contracting will be a definite bonus. You will be working on schemes around Manchester and the North West predominantly and will be based in an office in Manchester city centre. Typically in the reinforced concrete business you''ll be working on schemes of between a couple of million pounds and 50 million pounds with the average around 10 million. These are a mixture of commercial, residential and retail schemes. You may also occasionally work on tenders for groundworks and rail civils projects. This is a real chance to widen your portfolio. As mentioned before the schemes at predominantly concrete and you will be working closely with the Estimating Director- this could lead to promotion very quickly for the successful applicant.
