Responsibilities: Meet customers, attend job sites, compile and submit RFI s, and complete competitive bids. Create bills of quantities using professional software like Blue Beam or Plan Swift. Strategically follow up on bids, creatively utilizing incentives to secure projects. Coordinate with Project Managers for a seamless handover upon project acquisition. Develop trusted relationships with clients, property managers, strata council members, inspectors, etc. Collaborate with Estimators, Project Managers, and Foreman teams for effective project handovers. Work closely with sales and marketing to identify market trends and pursue potential leads. Maintain clear, proactive, and continuous communication with customers, project managers, and Foreman teams. Handle financial administration tasks, including forecasting project costs.
