This mainstream primary school ensures they have a positive attitude towards learning and empowers the staff about making a difference in the lives of young people.In this role you must have had experience working in a SEND environment in either KS1/key stage 1 or KS2/KS2. You must be able to inspire and motivate those that need additional support. A level 2 or 3 qualification is desirable however if you have vast experience you will be considered. The 1:1 is with a child in year 6.
