This role is offered on a hybrid basis with 2 to 3 days a week onsite The duties of the HR Service Manager include:Ensuring the delivery of the people strategy and service offer to customers to enable the organisation''s visions and outcomes being achievedManging the team to deliver the delivery plans and objectivesBeing the subject matter expert for payroll and take the organisational lead for the Payroll functionSetting out the organisation''s payroll commercial strategyDelivery of a legally compliant and effective payroll service paying approx. 33000 people across 40 different customersManging the MHR HR and Payroll system contractEnsuring that the MHR system Hierarchy is maintainedManging the other workforce related systemsProviding proactive and responsive customer service3 to ensure all queries are resolved effectively and efficientlyBeing responsible for the service improvement teamBeing responsible for the pension administration of a number of pension schemes including LGPS, Teaching and NHS The HR Service Manager will ideally have:CIPD Level 7 qualified or equivalent, or qualified by experienceExperience within a public sector organisationExperience of leading and ..... full job details .....
