Registered Home Manager required for a beautiful residential care home located within the heart of it''s community in Oxford. Independently owned this charming care home is providing high quality residential care for older people within a warm, friendly and welcoming care home environment. The home is an independent charity run care home therefore, we''re looking for someone who will be the Registered Manager with CQC but also the Nominated Individual. As the Registered Manager you will report into and work collaboratively with a board of trustees and will be supported day to day by a Deputy Manager who acts at Head of Care and a very experienced Financial Administrator. We''re looking for an experienced manager, someone with good working knowledge of CQC and sound business and commercial acumen.
