Mobile Electrical EngineerWarwickshire/Leicestershire 38,000 per annumPermanent position for a mobile maintenance electrician to cover a handful of sites in the Warwickshire/Leicestershire area. This role is working days Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week. This role has a call out rota once every 17 weeks (3 times a year). The key responsibility of this position is to cover the planned and reactive maintenance to the MandE systems within commercial public buildings and outside adjoining areas. Candidates need to come from an electrical maintenance, or equivalent background and have at least 3 to 5 years of working in a building services environment with a good working knowledge of the following: Single and Three Phase power, lighting, fire alarm and emergency lighting systems, outside lighting, plumbing etc. You will hold current qualifications to work as an Electrical/Mechanical engineer including;Previously working / working as a mechanical and/or electrical maintenance service engineer within the commercial sector, undertaking routine plant repairs and maintenance.NVQ level 3 or equivalent qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering / Installation.UK Driving License18th Edition (Desirable)You will be required to go through a DBS Check.On offer is a permanent position paying a salary of up to 38,000 per annum, plus vehicle, and 25 days annual leave plus stats. ..... full job details .....
