A leader in transport transformation, dedicated to accelerating the transition to zero-emission vehicles is currently looking to hire a Senior Electrical Engineer. The successful candidate will work hands on, on a broad range of LV architecture for electric powertrain systems for buses and other vehicles and lead all Electrical activities, processes and Engineers. The Senior Electrical Engineer will: Lead the Design and develop LV, HV and CAN network architectures for electric bus repower projects. Build prototypes, products, and systems suitable for testing, and set up and run simulations. Develop and execute test plans to verify electrical component functionality and performance. Build and test harnesses for the LV, HV and CAN networks, ensuring they meet the necessary performance and reliability requirements. Attend and participate in customer meetings when required The Senior Electrical Engineer will have: Minimum of 3-5 years (Senior) or 5+ (Principal) of experience in automotive electrical engineering, preferably in the electric vehicle industry. Bachelor''s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. Knowledge of ISO26262 and the V-cycle. Hands-on experience in designing and building LV, HV and CAN network architectures. Familiarity with electric powertrain systems and components, such as batteries, electric motors, and power electronics. Experience in building and testing harnesses for LV, HV and CAN networks.
