RME Consultants are working with an exciting business in London to find an Education Assistant Centre Manager to join a growing new team. PLEASE NOTE THIS ROLE IS NOT REMOTE OR HYBRID Role: Education Assistant Centre Manager Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum Working Hours: Monday - Thursday (11am - 7pm) Friday - day off and Saturday or Sunday 10am - 2pm Contract: Permanent Location: London Main Duties for the Education Assistant Centre Manager: Generate leads through local marketing and local campaigns Achieve branch growth through efficient sales Build a network in the local community and create opportunities through relationships with schools, businesses, and parents Champion customer service, communicate student progress regularly and confidently with the result of superior student retention Assign curriculum by appropriately assessing students and using systems to monitor and diagnose gaps in their learning Oversee staff training and continued professional development Maintain accurate data for reporting and analysis purposes With the Centre Manager/Manager, manage payroll expenditure and centre costs with the goal of profitability and business success in mind Report to the Centre Manager/Manager on a regular basis Work closely with the Centre Manager/Manager to build, train, motivate and develop a high performing team Experience ..... full job details .....
