The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, confident individual with outstanding leadership skills, capable of delivering high-profile projects to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage mid to large-sized projects as the Lead Engineer. Maintain relationships with key clients and manage a team of Engineers. Conduct quality checks and promote technical excellence. Ensure team results and adherence to budget. Mentor staff and promote continuing professional development (CPD) activities. Perform risk assessments and value engineering. Contribute to and provide information for fee proposals. Requirements: Extensive experience in Mechanical Building Services Design. Knowledge of a wide range of market sectors. Previous experience managing projects and small teams. Ability to provide technically sound design solutions.
