Job Title: Residential Property Paralegal Location: North London Salary: £40,000 Prestigious North London law firm are looking for an experienced residential conveyancing paralegal to join their established property team. The team is renowned for the high-quality service they provide their clients. You will be managing your own caseload with minimal supervision and so a small selection of duties will include: Carrying out property searches Dealing with all aspects of the Land Registry Portal including obtaining OCEs, title documents and applications Submitting AP1 and SDLT forms Drafting reports on title / reviewing and reporting on title Preparing financial statements Drafting contracts of sale Scheduling of deeds to mortgage lenders All aspects of post completion work including dealing with notices of transfer and charge, share certificates, stock transfer forms, deeds of covenant The client is looking for a candidate with at least 12 months'' experience as a conveyancing paralegal and you must be able to deal with all aspects of the residential transaction from instruction through to post-completion. Exceptional communication and client skills are also essential as you will be expected to build rapport and relationships with established and new clients and act on your own initiative.
