The successful Property Paralegal will play a crucial role in assisting the Senior Solicitors with various aspects of property matters. Property Paralegal Key Responsibilities: Assisting solicitors in managing a caseload of property conveyancing matters. Conducting title searches, land registry checks, and other due diligence tasks. Preparing legal documents, contracts, and correspondence. Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other parties involved in the transaction. Handling post-completion matters, including the submission of Stamp Duty Land Tax forms and Land Registry applications. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of case progress. Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the conveyancing process. Property Paralegals require the following experience: A minimum of 12mts of experience in residential and or commercial property conveyancing.
