Opportunity for a Finance Business Partner who is ACA / ACCA / CIMA fully qualified accountant with accounting experience for a housing association. The organisation is looking for a Finance Business Partner to join their fantastic Finance division. This is a new role within organisation and will be working alongside the wider financial reporting team and leadership team to review and challenge financial and performance information.As the Finance Business Partner, you will also influence operational and strategic decision making and provide analysis of financial and non-financial data to provide greater insight on value for money and efficiencies, as well as enhancing commercial awareness and performance.DUTIESYour duties as a Finance Business Partner will include: Partner with the leadership, to ensure the financial information provided is relevant and enables the business to make informed strategic decisions and to deliver the performance targets. Use financial information to inform business decisions and challenge managers at all levels on costs including overheads, assumptions, and process to ensure the business is operating in a professional and commercial manner and delivering value for money for customers.
