Key Responsibilities As a Conveyancing Assistant, you will be responsible for providing essential support to the conveyancing team in managing residential property transactions. Your key duties will include: Assisting with the day-to-day management of conveyancing files, including sales, purchases, and remortgages. Opening new files, performing client due diligence, and ensuring all compliance and regulatory requirements are met. Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties involved in the transaction, providing regular updates and answering queries.
