The Role of Sales Manager: Lead and manage the sales process from initial inquiry to close. Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the customer base and meet revenue targets. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Provide regular sales reports and feedback to the senior management team. Manage and support a small team, creating systems where necessary to ensure seamless sales operations. Respond to inbound sales inquiries via phone and email. Create and implement internal sales procedures to monitor the sales pipeline. Assist with the preparation of the annual sales budget. Visit clients on site as required, both in the UK and overseas.
