Job Title: Project ControllerSalary: 40,000 - 50,000Location: North YorkshireSector: Modular BuildingAre you an experienced site/project manager with a background in delivering modular construction projects?Would you enjoy an office based role, utilising all of your site management experience?This is a fantastic opportunity to join a large National modular construction contractor who are delivering projects across a range of different sectors including; education, health care, retail and rail. The role of project controller will be key in ensuring a smooth design, production and install of these projects as you will be expected to liaise across all departments.As a Project Controller you will:Take part in detailed handover meetings with sales teamsEnsure that project costs and revenues are managed and recorded from start to finishHelp site managers handover projects snag freeSubmit all relevant documentation including RAMS, lift plans and health and safety filesAttend all internal and external meetings when requiredLiaise with clients on building specifications and any extra scope of works on each projectWe would welcome conversations with candidates who:Have a solid background in modular constructionPossess strong communication skills across all levelsAre willing to travel to sites when necessaryHold valid SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS tickets - CPCS Appointed Person would be advantageousCan demonstrate a strong understanding of IT SkillsIf you are interested in this role please ..... full job details .....
