As they continue to expand, they are looking for a Project Controller to join their dynamic team and play a key role in delivering innovative, cost-effective solutions across the UK. Responsibilities As a Project Controller, you will be integral to the successful delivery of refurbishment projects. You will work closely with internal teams, clients, and suppliers to oversee planning, budgeting, and execution. This is an opportunity to drive efficiency and profitability, ensuring all projects are delivered to the highest standards while maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders. Manage all project documentation and administration (both electronic and paper-based). Conduct detailed handovers from the sales team and coordinate with production teams. Maintain accurate project costing sheets, managing costs and revenues to maximise profitability. Clarify project specifications and manage variations directly with clients. Ensure Health and Safety documents, site plans, and other paperwork are submitted on time.
