Background to the role As our Finance Business Partner (FBP), you will be the primary point of contact for Heathrow IRC (Immigration Removal Centre), ensuring effective communication and collaboration with all stakeholders to drive financial insights and support strategic decision-making. In collaboration with operational teams, you will focus on cost management and investment decisions, while assisting in the annual budgeting and forecasting processes to identify potential risks and opportunities. The ideal candidate is a Qualified Accountant (ACA, CA, CIMA, ACCA) with experience in delivering finance and commercial targets, providing high-quality financial information, and producing timely reports. They should possess strong technical skills, comprehensive knowledge of current accounting standards, exceptional analytical abilities, and an aptitude for resolving complex issues.
