New Customer Service Assistant Job in Birmingham Your new company Due to the partnership between Hays and a local authority within the Birmingham area, we have a new job for 4 Customer Service Assistants to join the ticketing team. Your new role As a Customer Support Assistant, you will be working as part of the ticketing team specifically supporting the Concession tickets. You will be looking through applications and approving them on the system for the concession tickets. Occasionally, you will be required to input information from the paper applications onto the system.As this job is a Customer Service Advisor, you will be required to take any inbound calls from customers regarding the process of their application or any queries.What you''ll need to succeed You will need experience of working in a busy administrative environment where you can prioritise your workload. In addition, you will need to have previous experience working in a call centre or contact centre.
