As the Head of Education, your role will be to lead and manage the delivery of education at HMYOI Werrington and a staff group to deliver an exceptional quality provision that meets or exceeds the expectations of the service. You will be responsible for ensuring that the young people at HMYOI Werrington make good progress and enjoy a high-quality well-planned learning experience. Responsibilities: The Head of Education will maximise contract performance by fully understanding contractual obligations and performance targets, delivering the agreed curriculum and meeting quality assurance targets.
