We are seeking to appoint a Site Head of Engineering and Quality for a client based in Stoke-on-Trent. The Site Head of Engineering and Quality will lead a multi-disciplinary engineering team involved in activities for the design, development, and manufacturing of components and assemblies which are used across the defense and aerospace sectors. Responsibilities: Leadership and development of the Engineering and Quality functions Devise and lead and effective organisational structure for the Engineering and Quality functions to support work in progress and increase the speed of response to the shopfloor, improving OTD and Quality and Cost Responsible for leading the development of new products into manufacturing.
