Job Purpose:As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will support the Leadership team in overseeing daily operations, managing a small team, and ensuring the smooth handling, packing, and dispatch of stock. Whether you come from a warehousing background or another sector, strong leadership skills and a commitment to high standards will be essential. Key Responsibilities: Oversee pick, pack, and shipping operations. Support the team to ensure daily tasks are completed efficiently. Help maintain stock accuracy and manage incoming deliveries. Ensure health and safety standards are upheld. What We re Looking For: Previous experience in a supervisory or team leadership role, from any sector. Strong leadership and organisational skills. Ability to motivate a team and manage day-to-day operations. IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
