Position: Junior Accountant Location: Reading Salary: £32,000 - £38,000 (dependent on experience) A leading company in the construction materials testing industry, are on the lookout for a Junior Accountant to join their growing team. This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated individual with experience in accounting within a expanding organisation. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation of financial statements in accordance with UK-GAAP Manage accounts receivable and oversee the credit control function Process vendor invoices and ensure accuracy in the ERP system Reconcile bank accounts and supplier statements Collaborate on month-end closing procedures Experience and Skills Required: Fully or part-qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA) 2-4 years of relevant accounting experience Proficient in Microsoft Office 365; familiarity with Acumatica or NetSuite is advantageous Solid understanding of UK-GAAP and finance in a manufacturing context What s on Offer: Salary £30-35k DOE Comprehensive medical, dental, and life insurance benefits Company pension contributions up to 5% Ready to advance your career?
