As an Inside Sales Representative, you''ll play a pivotal role in driving the growth by identifying, qualifying, and converting new sales opportunities. You''ll be responsible for engaging prospects through a variety of channels, including phone and email, to build relationships and generate interest in our products and services. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Prospect for new business opportunities using various methods, including warm emails, cold calling, social selling, networking, and strategic campaigns. Lead Qualification: Evaluate potential customers to determine their needs, budgets, and fit with our client''s offerings. Sales Conversion: Convert qualified leads into new customers by effectively communicating our value proposition and addressing their concerns. Revenue Generation: Consistently achieve individual sales goals to contribute to the overall growth of the company. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline sales processes and make recommendations for optimisation. Requirements: Language Skills: Fluency in German is a requirement if based in the UK. Additional European languages would be a plus. If based in Italy, the language requirements will be fluency in Italian, German and English.
