German Speaking Travel Sales Consultant Duties; Creating and selling luxury cruise itineraries across the globe for clients Handling incoming cruise travel enquiries whilst offering cutting edge customer service. Identify sales opportunities and close sales over the phone. Building long-term relationships with luxury cruise customers Ensure booking details are complete and, properly notating all bookings ensuring 100% precision on every call. Acquire and maintain in depth travel industry and Cruises knowledge to articulate cruise product features, benefits, pricing and make recommendations to include promotions, itineraries, onboard credits.
