Job Title: Static Air Conditioning Engineer Salary: 50,000 - 52,000 per annum Location: Hatfield Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team. This role involves performing both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks on a variety of HVAC equipment based at a large critical site near Hatfield. Key Responsibilities: Conduct PPM and reactive maintenance on HVAC systems including AHU''s, FCU''s, VRV''s, Splits, VRF''s, VAV''s, Chillers, Pumps, Motors, and Actuators. Diagnose and repair faults on air conditioning and refrigeration systems. Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with health and safety regulations. Maintain accurate records of all work carried out. Respond to emergency breakdowns promptly and efficiently. Requirements: Qualifications: Level 2 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning. F-Gas Category 1 certification. Experience: Proven experience in maintaining and repairing HVAC systems. Strong knowledge of AHU''s, FCU''s, VRV''s, Splits, VRF''s, VAV''s, Chillers, Pumps, Motors, and Actuators. Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
