The company had a significant presence in London in the early 2000s/2010s but, after selling part of their business, chose to expand into other countries where they have since built an excellent reputation as an FM provider. After a period away from the UK, they have reintegrated into the London and Cambridge areas over the past year and aim to become the leading building services provider. This is an exciting time to join the company, offering opportunities for growth. The site consists of seven floors, three of which are occupied. These floors range from classrooms to auditoriums/theatres and general office spaces, as it is a university environment. The plant on-site includes FCUs, LV, HVAC equipment, BMS, and other general building services equipment.
