Working in a live hospital environment, this role is ideal for a proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is comfortable working in a mental health ward. The successful candidate will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check through Hays.Key ResponsibilitiesBuilding and Plant Maintenance: Perform a variety of electrical maintenance tasks, including generator checks, air handling unit maintenance, and patient damage repair.Reactive Services: Address urgent issues such as malfunctioning key fobs and lighting problems in the wards.Team Collaboration: Work closely with a small team of 4 engineers, taking ownership of electrical works.MandE/Building Fabric Maintenance: Maintain all MandE and building fabric PPM and reactive activities in line with KFS quality management standards for internal and external audits.Mechanical Works: Understanding of mechanical works is beneficial.Quality and Compliance Inspections: Conduct site and work ..... full job details .....
