Electrical Maintenance TechnicianLocation: London / RemoteSalary: £30,000 - £32,500 per annumHours: 8am - 4:30pm, Monday - FridayThe Role To ensure planned maintenance works are technically compliant, run smoothly, and on programme.Assist with Reactive callouts as and when required.Assist the team with the emergency Lighting remedial works. Principle Responsibilities: Ensure effective running of the assigned jobsSufficient labour and time are allocatedResourcing sufficient equipment and materials in conjunction with the Supervising Technician and Maintenance ManagerSystematic and logical sequence of worksFill out job sheets with callout description and time takenFill out necessary log sheets and keep log books on site up to dateWeekly fire alarm testing as and when requiredTake care of assigned tools and equipmentProvide detailed reports to the line manager Personal Responsibilities: To present a professional image at all times, both in the office and to clients and be a role model for the rest of the staffTo be willing to work in excess of usual working hours when the balance of the company s work or allocated responsibilities requires this.
