Electrical Maintenance Technician working across the Kent area, namely in the Maidstone/Sevenoaks/Tonbridge We are recruiting an Electrical Maintenance Technician working across the Kent area, namely in the Maidstone/Sevenoaks/Tonbridge/Ashford/Hastings locations, completing works for the installation and maintenance of electrical systems and fire alarm systems across the Cornerstone Estate.You will undertake the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical and fire alarm systems associated with site base stations, attending site meetings or training when required.You will also be expected to undertake other duties in line with the contract deliverables and co-operate with other disciplines for the provision of multidisciplinary services where required.The successful candidate should be:Qualified in NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, such as City and Guilds 236 Part 1 and 2, City and Guilds 2357, BS 7671, Electrical Regulations 18th Edition.Due to the nature of the role, you will be required to hold a full UK Driving Licence and be able to work at heights.City and Guilds 2391-52 Electrical inspection and Testing is desirable but not essential.
