Office Manager Location: Peckham Rye, London Salary: £30,000 per annum The Role The company are seeking an experienced office manager to ensure the smooth running of many services involving overseeing key operational functions through efficient management of administrative tasks, include stakeholder management, data management, and processing referrals from the initial point of entry through to client discharge. The service is a pioneering early-intervention mental health service delivered by the Trust on behalf of Southwark Council. Since opening in May 2020, it has provided an open access service to improve the mental wellbeing of children and young people, and their families across the London Borough of Southwark. Supporting an average of 200+ young people each year, The service is now firmly embedded within the wider offer of mental health support available for young people in the borough, with referrals to the service coming directly from young people themselves, as well as their families and professionals from a multitude of services. Main Objectives: Manage referrals, the waitlist with stakeholders (i.e., CYP, parents/carers, referrers, professionals) ensuring timely follow-ups and communications Ensure a smooth and efficient allocation of clients to therapeutic practitioners across services Manage and maintain office systems, including the referral and client management information (MI) system Support the on boarding of staff and volunteers by liaising with the HR ..... full job details .....
