The role: This is an exciting time to join the Charity as it embarks on a new chapter of its strategic objectives in grant giving. The foundation is looking for an Office Manager to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures. The Office Manager will be responsible for providing reception duties and be the Charity''s first point of contact by telephone and for in person visitors, they will respond to enquiries received by post, telephone, or email, provide office and facilities management support to the Charity staff team, and provide executive assistance and diary management to the Chief Executive.
