The role focuses on supplier performance, capacity analysis, design change industrialization, risk management, and quality improvement, particularly within the aerospace industry. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills, capable of thriving in a volatile and complex environment.Key Responsibilities: Monitor supplier performance, conduct capacity analysis, and oversee design changes and work transfers. Leverage market insights to inform supply chain strategies. Address non-conformities, implement APQP and Supplier Quality Improvement Plans (SQIP), and drive continuous quality improvement. Conduct capability assessments, critical control point analysis, and product audits. Enhance supplier processes and systems through feedback and audits.
