These projects span various sectors, including mixed-use developments, assisted living facilities, healthcare, residential, and commercial ventures.If you''re ready to be part of a team that''s not just making waves but creating them, this is the place to be.The OpportunityThe Construction Project Manager will be responsible for: Active involvement in the procurement, design and delivery of new build and refurbishment projects including mixed use, industrial, residential and commercial schemes Supporting Junior Project Managers in their professional development Advising clients on programme, cost and procurement implications of projects for both public and private sector clients Attending client facing meetings in which professional advice is provided Procuring and managing multi-disciplinary consultant teams Involvement in the project delivery process from inception to completion Good working understanding of building technology, compliance/Building Regulations and defect diagnosis As a small, but growing business, this role will provide the right individual with responsibility and the opportunity to be a fundamental part of our growth and success The Ideal Candidate ..... full job details .....
