Ideally being able to start immediately or with minimal notice, they are seeking an experienced, confident individual with exceptional communication skills from the cosmetics or wider FMCG industry to help mould and execute the product development process from start to finish. The role Lead the product development process, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Utilize Critical Path Analysis (CPAs) to identify key milestones and dependencies within project plans, optimizing resources and timelines. Lead client project meetings, presenting progress updates, addressing concerns, creating agenda/notes and facilitating discussions to ensure client satisfaction and project alignment. Maintain and update the company project master tracker, providing visibility into the status, risks, and opportunities across all projects.
