Position: Class 1 Driver (LGV C+E Days) Location: Macclesfield, Cheshire Job Type: Temporary (2 Days) Number of Positions: 2 Working Hours: Start Time: 06:30 End Time: 17:00 Expected Hours per Week: 50 Duration: 2 Days Pay 13.67 per hour Key Responsibilities: Operate Class 1 (LGV C+E) vehicles safely and efficiently, following all road safety regulations. Conduct daily vehicle checks to ensure roadworthiness and report any defects. Transport goods to designated locations as per delivery schedule. Load and unload goods, ensuring they are safely secured and handled with care. Maintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle logs. Communicate effectively with the transport team regarding any delays or issues. Comply with all company policies, procedures, and health and safety guidelines. Requirements: Valid Class 1 (LGV C+E) driving license. CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) and Digital Tachograph card. Previous experience as a Class 1 Driver is preferred.
