SRS are are looking to bring in Class 1 drivers for a contract we have taken on with a global parcel company, to supply night trunkers across the North West including Middleton, Irlam, Liverpool, Warrington.Duties: - Drive Class 1 HGV to transport depot to depot - Ongoing routes available, long term - Ensure all deliveries are made on time and in accordance with delivery schedules - Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and perform basic maintenance tasks - Adhere to traffic laws and regulations at all times - Maintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle maintenanceSkills: - 12 minimum of regular Class 1 work in similar role - Absolute minimum infringements on tachograph card - Commercial driving licence (CPC) - Excellent driving skills with a focus on safety - Strong communication and interpersonal abilitiesPlease note: Suitability for the role is based on your tachograph data of the last 12 months.Part of your registration process will be for you to attend our office and download your card for a quick data analysis.
