They have a significant market presence and a dedicated team locally and internationally.DescriptionManaging the day-to-day activities task and providing monthly accounting records data to accountants for four subsidiary companies based around the world.Assisting on yearly audits of companies.Updating the purchase invoices registerProcessing payments for suppliers invoicesAccruals / prepayments Balance Sheet ReconciliationsAssist with Month End Assist with the Preparation of Monthly Management AccountsPreparing draft sales invoicesReview debit card and credit card expenses reports.Review VAT returns and confirming submission with accountants.Updating the cashbook excel sheets for all companies.Assisting on budget preparation for all companiesLiaising with team for any queries and assisting accountants on queriesPreparing the payroll summary for all four companies and sending to Accountants to record on system.Review employees expenses claims.Processing salary via Wages Protection System or Bank TransferSending payslips to employeesOpening of Bank accounts when requestedAssisting on on-boarding process for new employees of subsidiary companiesAssisting Team with visa processes ..... full job details .....
