Part-Time Management Accountant / Finance AssistantAbout the Role: We are seeking a proactive Part-Time Management Accountant / Finance Assistant (Wednesday - Friday) to join our clients finance team. You will provide essential support in managing the day-to-day financial operations, including purchase and sales ledger management, preparing management accounts, and assisting with budgetary control.Part-Time Management Accountant / Finance Assistant Key - Responsibilities:Support the purchase ledger process, ensuring accurate and timely recording of transactions.Sales ledger management, including invoicing and payment tracking.Prepare and assist in the production of management accounts.Provide budget support, including forecasting and variance analysis. Part-Time Management Accountant / Finance Assistant - Requirements:Strong knowledge of Xero accounting software.Advanced skills in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.).Knowledge of Procim would be advantageous, but training will be provided if needed.Solid understanding of budgeting and management accounts is essential.
